We (heart) Analogue this Friday at the Ashmolean!

Love Lomography Cameras? Get yours here! :)

EXPOSED

Ready for LIVEFRIDAY @Ashmolean Museum this Friday?
Focussing on analogue photography, the Ashmolean entices you to join the LomoCaterpillar a continuous photochain, strike a pose in a gallery and try out some innovative analogue techniques. From sun prints to SLRs, Lomos to instant photographs, share the fascination of old school colour and composition in an unmissable evening of creative photographic fun.

Step inside an enormous Camera Obscura on the Ashmolean forecourt; bring along any analogue photos that you’re happy to part with and swap them for something different on the night at the Photo Swap Shop, or smile for the camera in the LomoCaterpillar photochain that will weave around the museum between 8 and 9 pm.

Look out for a pop up exhibition of photographs taken by local photographers, Seeing Oxford in a Different Light, and be sure to enter the Lomo Prize Draw and attend the Lomo presents Analogue Lifestyle talk in the Lecture Theatre to be in with a chance of leaving with an eyeful and a bagful of Lomo freebies!
