Shop at the Old Fire Station is stocked with a treasure trove of UK based artists, makers and designers. We support early to mid-career artists and makers, showing their work alongside more established practitioners. We also develop partnerships with several local education establishments to provide retail opportunities for emerging makers and work with Crisis Skylight to provide training opportunities for homeless people within the arts. We're open Tuesday – Saturday, 11 - 6.

Rachel Darbourne ~ Plastic Fantastic
Most of us enjoy a bit of recycling, but Rachel Darbourne takes this to the next level! From the outset we have stocked Rachel's beautiful jewellery, it is made from recycled materials plastics & metals. Painstaking work goes into creating her fabulous jewellery, and we for one love it. Her approach combines elements of both jewellery and textiles, creating highly wearable, tactile pieces that are distinctive, eye-catching and yet address contemporary issues of consumerism and how we assign value to the things we wear.
