Shop at the Old Fire Station is stocked with a treasure trove of UK based artists, makers and designers. We support early to mid-career artists and makers, showing their work alongside more established practitioners. We also develop partnerships with several local education establishments to provide retail opportunities for emerging makers and work with Crisis Skylight to provide training opportunities for homeless people within the arts. We're open Tuesday – Saturday, 11 - 6.

Wolves and Foxes
Oxford based artist Sarah Lacey's series of screen prints, inspired by natural and rural history, and literature are both intriguing and beautiful and, particularly taken with her 'Thought Fox' , I'm going to have to try hard not to buy this one myself! Sarah describes her recent prints and drawings as exploring the 'myth surrounding wolves and foxes and the landscape they inhabit. They are fictional wolves, only shadows on the paper - a fleeting glimpse of what for many is the last wilderness beast'.
