The exhibition is the result of a creative interaction between scientists at the MRC Anatomical Neuropharmacology Unit at the University of Oxford and artists studying on the MA Art and Science programme based at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
Over a period of months, interactions between these two groups in the laboratory resulted in shared insights into themes ranging from durrent brain research and technology, to the passion and patience involved in neuroscience.

Come down on Saturday 13th October 12 - 3 to meet contributors to the show and talk with the artists and scientists about thier practice, research and experiences being part of A Nervous Encounter.
