Shop at the Old Fire Station is stocked with a treasure trove of UK based artists, makers and designers. We support early to mid-career artists and makers, showing their work alongside more established practitioners. We also develop partnerships with several local education establishments to provide retail opportunities for emerging makers and work with Crisis Skylight to provide training opportunities for homeless people within the arts. We're open Tuesday – Saturday, 11 - 6.

Exploring at Origin
I was lucky enough to spend a Sunday afternoon exploring all that Origin, the Crafts Council's Contemporary Craft Fair had to offer - from jewellery inspired by dance, architecture and nature to up-cycled decoupage suitcases. There's lots to see, and it's on until Wednesday if you get the chance to visit...
